It’s a powerful tool we use with all members to track real changes in your body, so you can see exactly how your training and nutrition are working.

1. Lean Muscle Mass

Your muscle is what drives your metabolism, powers your workouts, and shapes your physique. The InBody scan shows how much lean muscle you have in each area of your body (arms, legs, trunk).

This means we can check:
