Absolutely! We encourage you to try your first class for free. This way, you can experience our supportive environment and see if our classes fit your needs.
Our gym is open from 6 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 8 PM on weekends. These hours provide flexibility for you to work out at your convenience. Check our website for any holiday hours.
